Air Jordan Retro 5 Low “Fire Red”

The Air Jordan 5 is a classic that has so much history behind it. JB brought us the Jordan Fusion collection and chopped the top to make the Retro 5 a low-top sneaker. Mike had so many memorable moments in the Jordan 5, like shooting free throws in a #12 jersey since his was stolen before the game and we can’t forget the duel between Magic Johnson and MJ in the NBA Finals. These special moments will always stick out when we see this classic sneaker get brought up.

This year, Jordan Brand has given us the Jordan Retro 5 Lows in a flurry of colorways. Some of them resemble PE’s that Mike never wore and others are inspired by the history of Jordan Brand. With Jordan having such a rich past, there are many ways that they can tell stories through new colorways on their classic shoes.

The Jordan Retro 5 “Fire Red” is a timeless classic that will always be cherished no matter how many times the sneaker is released. We saw the high top get rereleased back in 2013 after sneakerheads had been hoping for a return for years. The netting on this low top is black and not clear like the high top which sets it apart. This retro features a white leather upper that has fire red accents on the inner interior, Jumpman logo on the tongue, back heel and on the midsole. The icy bottom brings the shoe together and makes it perfect for summer. Since these come in family sizing you will be able to have your whole family looking good!
