Throwback Thursday: The Greatest ‘90s College Basketball Shoes of All Time
- Mike Bibby (Arizona) – Nike Air Foamposite One
We didn’t even realize the greatness we were witnessing when Mike Bibby and a few other players stepped onto the court in the ’97 NCAA tournament rocking the Foamposite Ones. Those royal blue sneakers didn’t match the navy blue jerseys, but it didn’t matter. The Foams were way way way ahead of their time, and we won’t ever forget seeing Bibby rock them during the Final Four. He did complain to some of his teammates that they were too slippery, though.
